Our first home buyer process:
Quick questions
We start with a few basic questions to get the ball rolling. Then we discuss your goals, questions and work out next steps. We are happy to chat in person or online.
Research
We match your circumstances and needs to the most appropriate bank or lender (we have access to 40+ providers), and then provide you with a recommendation.
Application
When we agree on the right lender, we start the approval process, handling all paperwork for your sign-off, and submit for loan pre-approval.
Borrowing capacity
The pre-approval process defines the maximum amount you can borrow from the lender for your first home, which is valid for 3 months.
Purchase home
You have found the home of your dreams and made an offer (or settled on a new home build that is right for you). We continue to manage your home loan application and keep you informed.
Home settlement
We let you know when the settlement is finalised and the lender releases your funds.
Our open door
Just because your first home purchase is complete does not mean goodbye! We aim to stay in touch and to be available and welcoming when you next need guidance.
