Mohit Pachauri
My name is Mohit and I am the co-director of Capital for Castles. As an accredited mortgage broker and co-director of Capital for Castles with my wife Jodie, we are active property investors with a passion for seeing people own their home and build financial security for their family.
I was born and raised in India where I saw the challenges my parents went through to get home to raise me and my siblings, and it’s because of that experience that I’m incredibly passionate about helping others get ahead. That’s why Jodie and I established this business, not just to help them get a loan but also to provide them with a memorable & referrable customer experience based on an outstanding service proposition underpinned by 5 key principles which are to help clients feel Valued, Understood, Wise, Supported and Wealthy.

My name is Jodie and I am the co-director of Capital for Castles with my husband Mohit. If you have ever seen The Castle movie, you would know that for most Australians, their home is really their castle. And, just like the movie, our business exists to help them realise their goal of buying and owning their castle and creating financial security for their families.
My main goal as an accredited mortgage broker is to exceed customer expectations by providing a professional, friendly and efficient service always adapting to suit each individual client’s needs. I see this as an integral part of my business as I aim to build my business on referrals and forming long term relationships with my clients.
